Before my Transformation I hated how i looked and how I felt, I was depressed, and My doctor told me that I would not see my kids growing up if I don't lose weight.

My pivotal moment came when i realized that I cannot walk longer than 2 minutes. Through a coaching program, I learned How to resist my temptations successfully, strengthened my commitment to myself, and lost the weight that hindered me from living happily.

Now I am helping othrs to lose weight, release limitations, and embrace life.
